1. Who do you work with?
I work primarily with creative founders, product-based businesses, boutique agencies, and client-based businesses — especially those in fashion, design, wellness, or the digital space. If you’re growing and need help understanding your finances, I’m here to support you.
2. What if I’m not great with numbers?
Perfect — that’s exactly why I created this business. You don’t need to be great with numbers. You just need someone who can explain them clearly, walk you through your options, and help you make smart decisions without feeling overwhelmed.
3. How do I know which service is right for me?
Each service is designed to meet different needs and stages. If you’re not sure where to start, book a free discovery call and I’ll help you figure out the best fit based on your goals and current challenges.
4. Do you offer custom services or one-off support?
Yes. While I have core service packages, I also offer add-ons and specialized services that aren’t listed on the site. If you’re looking for something specific — like an ad spend audit, a margin calculator, or a quarterly update — feel free to reach out and we’ll discuss what’s possible.
5. Do you offer ongoing support after the initial project?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a one-time service and then continue working with me monthly as their fractional finance partner. Ongoing support means you’ll always have someone in your corner for forecasting, goal tracking, and financial decision-making.
6. How do payments work?
Once we agree on the scope of work, I’ll send you a digital invoice through Stripe or PayPal. Most services require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remainder due upon completion. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.
7. Do you work with clients outside the U.S.?
Yes — I work remotely and can support clients internationally as long as we align on time zones and language. Just keep in mind that services are billed in USD.
8. What if I have questions between sessions?
If you’re on a monthly package, you’ll have email access for questions, document reviews, or light support between calls. For one-time projects, I include a post-project support window (usually 7–10 days) to ensure you feel confident moving forward.
9. Can you work with my accountant or bookkeeper?
Yes, and I often do. My role is to give you forward-looking strategy — I can collaborate with your accountant to ensure tax and compliance needs are aligned with your goals.
10. What happens after I book a service?
You’ll receive a welcome email with next steps, a brief onboarding questionnaire, and a calendar link to schedule our kickoff session. From there, we dive in — clear, organized, and customized to your business.
