Anglade Advisory
Fractional CFO for Founder-Led Brands Between $1M and $10M
For beauty, fashion, and CPG brands who need more than their bookkeeper and know it.
Most brands your size aren't failing because the work isn't good. They're failing because nobody is doing the math.
Why Anglade Advisory
Your bookkeeper keeps the books clean.
Your CPA files your taxes once a year.
Neither one is paid to tell you that wholesale is bleeding you, or that your hero product has the worst margin in the catalog, or that the inventory PO you're about to sign quietly puts you underwater for ninety days.
That's a missing function, not a bookkeeping failure.
A full-time CFO runs $200K plus benefits, which doesn't make sense at your stage. You don't need one full-time. You need someone senior inside your numbers every month, running the math and telling you the truth about what's working.
The Person Behind the Numbers
Hi, I'm Shane Anglade. I built Anglade Advisory to give founder-led brands the finance function they need to make decisions on math instead of instinct.
Before this I ran financial planning and analysis at Ralph Lauren, Paramount, and Universal McCann. The job was building cash flow plans, budgets, and forecasts for marketing teams that spent more in a year than most founder-led brands earn in revenue.
What I saw across all of it: the teams that stayed on plan had someone inside the numbers every week, looking forward. The ones that blew through budget didn't.
The same gap shows up in most brands between $1M and $10M. The founder is making finance decisions on instinct. The bookkeeper is keeping up but isn't strategic. The CPA shows up once a year. The data exists, but nobody is reading it.
That's the gap I work in. The pricing and channel margin tooling I built inside Anglade Advisory is designed for brands at this stage, because the corporate playbook doesn't translate down cleanly.
If your bookkeeper is keeping up but you're still the only one thinking about cash, pricing, and what's profitable, let's talk.
What You Will Get Working With Me
A rolling 12-month cash plan built on your numbers, not a template and not industry averages.
A clear answer on which products and which sales channels make you money, and which ones are losing it for you.
Pricing that holds up to scrutiny. Founder pay built into the plan, not pulled from whatever cash is left at month-end. And a record of why each decision was made, so you can feel confident defending it with your team or to yourself at 2am.
A monthly check-in that doesn't end with another dashboard. It ends with the two or three things that matter this month and what to do about them.
The goal isn't more reporting. It's fewer surprises for your business.
